Hello Erin: You mention that you are looking for an appropriate theater for your documentary about Bram Stoker. You might want to look into the newly restored California Theater in San Jose, which just opened to great fanfare last week. It was restored, at a cost of $80 million, mostly by David Packard of Hewlett-Packard, from the remains of a sumptuous 1920 movie palace, The Fox. It is now the home of Opera San Jose. It is not exactly the 1880s Lyceum, but parts of it might be used to suggest it. Regards, Mark Starr PS You might want to contact me directly for some unusal ideas related to Stoker and the Lyceum that I am currently researching.
