Bram Stoker's Personal Reminiscences of HI in two volumes contains quite a bit of information about the staffing and running of the Lyceum. Given Stoker's penchant for self aggrandisement, he says, in essence, that he kept all the books and did all the accounting and kept all the secrets of the Lyceum locked in a big safe that had only one key. He also gives a fairly long list of the staff that was required to run the Lyceum.
