My grandfather's real name was Joseph Mountford. My father and an aunt told me that Joseph had acted with Sir Henry in Dublin and that there was an article in the Dublin Times that told of his strong performance with Sir Henry, but that is all that I know. I don't even know when it was, which makes it even more difficult to find him.
I am not sure of the spelling of his stage name Lyle/Lisle as I have not seen it written anywhere so it could have been spelt another way.
