I am currently researching an article on the connection between Sir Henry and a Mr. Cushing, who accompanied Irving on a tour of the US sometime in the late 1880's. This particular Mr. Cushing was the paternal grandfather of Peter Cushing, the famous British actor best known for his roles in Hammer films as Dr. Van Helsing and Baron Frankenstein.
