My two cents/pence: 1. Start with the L. Irving and A. Brereton biographies for a general overview of productions and dates. 2. Check the theatrical advertising pages in the large daily London newspapers. The Times is especially good in this regard. Ads generally appeared by name of theatre; locate the ad for the Lyceum and you will find the name of the production, curtain time, and cast particulars. A good library would be able to help you obtain the Times (probably on microfilm). Once you know where to look, you can compile data on productions for great swathes of time in relatively short order. 3. Confirm with programmes. s also the theatrical advertisement pages in The Times and other dailies, not to mention theatrical periodicals
